游历过世界不少地方，如果有一座城市让我从心底里彻底迷恋的话，我想不是那Glamour glamour，充满阳光和海滩的Los Angeles， 不是那悠闲宜人的San Francisco, 不是东西融合的Vancouver， 不是异域神秘的Cusco，也不是我的常年根据地华盛顿，甚至也不是我极为迷恋极具历史艺术气息的布拉格。
New York对于我来说，不再是自由女神像，帝国大厦，第五大道，华尔街的代名词，我早已过了游客的阶段，也不再因为她的肮脏和拥挤而感到不适。在纽约开车也逐渐习惯了这里的混乱和堵塞, but I can’t help loving it. 在 West Village and East Village中徘徊，由衷的迷恋Brooklyn的Williamsburg，这种迷恋比布拉格更深。我知道，迷恋一座城市，或许更重要的是迷恋这里的人，迷恋这里的vibe，或者说是迷恋这个城市的soul。
又或者说，只有New York才能让我重拾我久违的彻底的freedom。
朋友在旁边放起了Leonard Cohen 的 Chelsea Hotel…

今天重读Life is Elsewhere的段落,看到很精辟的一段描述：

"After reading the poems she was still more favorably impressed, because she really liked them; they rhymed(deep down, Mama always thought that an unrhymed poem was no poem at all) and, moreover, they were easily understandable and full of pretty words."

如果有人问what is poem like? or 甚至 What is art like?
I have only one comment: F**K all the BULLSH*T

今天看电影时突然发现我对Hispanic culture的兴趣逐渐淡去，这是我曾经执作和迷恋很久的啊。再往前，曾经钟爱的布拉格的影子也慢慢隐去，我难道对那段自由浪漫的艺术时光都不再依恋了么？再往前，往前，一切的一切都变得那么模糊，只有偶尔的人和事才能牵引我隐埋的心跳。时间对记忆的冲刷真是那么强大吗？
那么下一步又是什么呢？是异域的阿拉伯，土耳其或者周边的mediterranean culture,还是我一直都非常向往的北欧文化。我知道，我心里一直需要一个精神家园的寄托的。
但我知道，我还是喜欢Maria Full of Grace,还是喜欢Catalina那傲气的眼神，我还是喜欢米兰昆德拉的幽默，还是被波西米亚美女的红发所吸引。
只是现在的我，早已停不下前行的脚步了。
I heart New York!
